As the restaurant's name suggests, the menus reflect the change of the seasons. Dishes are based on excellent seasonal produce fused with Mediterranean influences and flair.


Chef and propietor, Alain, has worked in top hotels and restaurants in Switzerland, England and the United States as well as in the stylish restaurants of Cannes. He loves to share the skills, knowledge and experience he has built up internationally.


The sourcing of ingredients and produce is of paramount importance. Local produce is the mainstay of the menu but Alain also searches out the rare and unusual at the world famoius Rungis produce market in Paris, sometimes driving through the small hours rather than lose sleep worrying he has not found exactly the right element for the dish ! .
